Validity of the Purchase Agreement  Product Information, and Price.

The terms of sale apply to the purchase of products on the company’s online store website. Prices for the products sold on the online store website are indicated next to the items. The price includes the delivery fee for the products. The delivery fee for the products depends on the buyer’s location. The cost of delivery is displayed to the buyer when placing an order. General Terms The service provider has the right to make changes to the offered service on the online store website at any time. The service provider is entitled to unilaterally modify the terms of the user agreement without being obliged to notify the Service user in writing via email. 

Products and Purchase

The products presented on the company’s online store are generally in stock. If a product is out of stock and the order cannot be fulfilled, a company representative will contact the user and offer a possible new delivery date or a refund of the paid amount. The refund will be processed immediately but no later than 30 days after placing the order. The products offered on the company’s online store are sold to both individual and legal entities. The user of the service agrees to provide accurate information required to fulfill the order when placing an order. The service provider is not responsible for the non-fulfillment of an order due to incorrect information provided by the user of the service or for any resulting consequences. A sale is considered complete when the user of the service submits the order through the company’s online store and completes the payment.

Payment

Payment is made in advance, using a credit card. The user of the service selects the desired product and agrees to provide the necessary information to process the order (last name, first name, contact phone number, contact email address, delivery address, postal code) and proceeds to make the payment for the product.

Product Delivery

International delivery is carried out according to the current list or by mutual agreement. We reserve the right to choose the most advantageous method of delivery. We guarantee a delivery period of no more than 30 days for all products, except those made to customer specifications. In exceptional cases, delivery may be completed within a reasonable period of time, not exceeding 60 days. In such cases, the buyer will be informed accordingly. Any other agreements regarding delivery must be made in writing. Unforeseen obstacles to delivery, such as force majeure events or operational disruptions, give us the right to fully or partially waive our obligations regarding delivery. Any claims for compensation due to delivery delays are excluded.

Data Protection

The service user provides clear and informed consent for the processing of their personal data by the service provider. The personal data of the service user, entered by the user when placing an order and communicated to the service provider, is entered into the client registry and used for the provision of services related to sales and product offerings to the service user. The card details entered by the service provider are not visible. To perform a transaction, the cardholder is directed to the secure environment of EveryPay AS Card Center. At the time of payment, the cardholder enters their card details into the database located on the Card Center server, and the data is also stored on the Card Center server. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, we recommend storing any data related to business transactions. Upon request from the customer, this data is deleted. Transfer of this data to third parties is not permitted. The protection of personal data is ensured through all security measures required by law. The service provider undertakes not to disclose registered personal data to third parties. The service provider reserves the right to disclose personal data concerning the service user to individuals who have a legal right to process the data for fulfilling an obligation established by law, as well as to individuals who have a legal right to do so for the protection of the life, health, or freedom of the service user or another person.

Terms of Use

The user of the service is obligated to familiarize themselves with the conditions outlined in the user agreement. By placing an order and checking the box “I agree to the terms of use of the company’s online store” in the corresponding window, the user of the service agrees that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms set forth in the user agreement.
